We refer for X-rays or MRI when clinically appropriate. Imaging findings are incorporated into your medical records and injury narrative.

Treatment Plan Presentation

Your DC explains your diagnosis in plain language and presents a personalized treatment plan, including visit frequency, expected recovery timeline, and documentation schedule.

Same-Day Treatment

In most cases, treatment begins during your first visit — so you start recovering while your medical record begins.
