A medical lien is a legal agreement between you, your attorney, and our clinic. It allows us to defer payment for your treatment until your personal injury case settles. Your attorney acknowledges the lien and agrees to pay our fees from the settlement proceeds.
This means you receive the care you need immediately — without insurance delays, without paying us directly, and without waiting for claim approvals.

Does car insurance cover chiropractic care in Maryland?
Yes. Maryland PIP (Personal Injury Protection) and liability coverage typically cover chiropractic care after an accident. We coordinate directly with the insurer.
What if I don’t have an attorney yet?
We can still begin treatment under a lien. Many patients retain an attorney after starting care with us. We can provide attorney referrals if needed.
Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?
No referral is required. You can come directly to us after your accident for an evaluation and treatment.
